Before develop the molds, we can do Mold flow analysis：
Mold flow analysis refers to the use of data simulation software to complete the simulation of injection molding through the computer, simulate the process of mold injection, and obtain some data results. Through these results, the feasibility of the mold plan is evaluated, and the mold design plan and product design plan are improved. , The commonly used software for plastic molds includes Moldflow, Moldex3D, etc., while the more common aluminum die casting software includes PROCAST, FLOW3D, etc.
